Culinary Team Members are the backbone of our kitchen, responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for food, have excellent communication skills, and can work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Food Preparation: Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with Hilton's high standards.
2. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Kitchen brigade to achieve departmental targets.
3. Maintenance and Hygiene: Maintain all working areas clean and tidy, ensuring no cross-contamination.
4. Additional Tasks: Prepare mis-en-place, contribute to departmental targets, and report any maintenance or hygiene issues.
Requirements:
1. Culinary Experience: Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef is essential.
2. Certifications: NVQ Level 1 and proof of completion in a basic food hygiene course are required.
3. Soft Skills: Positive attitude, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and passion for food and hospitality.
