Casual Role (Commencing upon NDIS Registration Approval)
We are an emerging NDIS provider currently progressing through registration and are seeking Expressions of Interest from Early Childhood Educators and/or Teachers to join our team once registration is approved.
This EOI demonstrates our workforce planning and readiness to deliver high-quality supports to children and families under the NDIS.
About the Role
Once operational, your responsibilities may include:
Supporting children with developmental, social, and educational goals in line with NDIS plans
Implementing individualized learning and therapy programs under supervision (where applicable)
Working collaboratively with families, allied health professionals, and support staff
Maintaining accurate documentation in line with NDIS Practice Standards
Fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children
About You
We are looking for who:
Hold current qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or related fields
Have experience supporting children with disability or additional needs (preferred)
Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
Hold, or can obtain, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
Are compassionate, reliable, and committed to person-centered practice
