Central Coast Grammar School is a leading K-12 independent, coeducational and nondenominational school. Located on a single 18 hectare campus overlooking the Matcham Valley close to the heart of Erina, our school offers a spacious environment where students can grow and flourish.

We are searching to appoint an experienced and dedicated Learning Enrichment teacher on a full-time, permanent basis to support and develop our K to 6 students.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
· To work within an experienced and cohesive Learning Enrichment team and commit to putting students at the heart of the education process
· Deliver individualised and small group interventions to support students in their learning and to access the curriculum
· Coordinate and allocate Learning Enrichment Teacher Aides (LETAs) to support students, with oversight from the Head of Learning Enrichment K-6
To be successful you will need to possess and demonstrate:
· Appropriate teaching qualifications and accreditation in NSW (NESA)
· Evidence of high-level student outcomes across Years K to 6
· A high standard of competency, proficiency and innovation as a classroom teacher
· Highly proficient skills in digital literacy
· An understanding of and ability to differentiate the curriculum
· Aboriginal Education experience is desirable
· The capacity to cater for different learning needs
· Experience with assisting the management of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Good administrative skills, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
· A commitment to the strategic direction and ethos of the school
