Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team, operating from our Madora Bay Display Home.
Role Description
As the New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for actively engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored home design solutions to convert enquiries into signed contracts.
Responsibilities
* Actively engage and build rapport with prospective clients visiting the display home.
* Identify client needs and provide tailored home solutions to match their requirements.
* Qualify leads and maintain accurate records of client enquiries in the CRM system.
* Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and progress them through the sales process.
* Present and explain contracts, inclusions, and pricing clearly and professionally.
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
* Represent the New Choice Homes brand with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
* Proven customer service and sales skills, preferably in new home or property sales
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Confidence in delivering presentations and product knowledge
* Experience in the construction or real estate industry (advantageous)
* Current and valid driver's licence
* Must be available to work every weekend as required by the role
