An outstanding opportunity now exists for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join NPA's Executive Leadership Team at a pivotal time in the company's evolution. Responsible for financial integrity, governance, strategy and commercial performance, the CFO will play a critical role in enabling sustainable growth across processing operations, domestic sales and export markets.
Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the Board, the CFO will lead financial strategy, risk, capital management and major investment planning, including potential processing expansion and future greenfield development. This role also oversees financial compliance, reporting, treasury, export finance, corporate governance and IT/cyber governance while supporting performance, capability and cultural alignment across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic, commercially astute and values-driven executive with significant experience in agri-processing, food manufacturing or export-oriented environments. Tertiary qualifications and CA/CPA accreditation are essential, as is demonstrated success in senior financial leadership, capital project oversight, and operational partnering. A collaborative, influential and ethical leadership style is critical, along with resilience and passion for agribusiness and sustainable growth.
