Onsite IT Support
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an onsite IT support specialist.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support for desktops, networks, and firewalls.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing on-site technical support for clients
* Resolving desktop and network issues
* Installing and upgrading operating systems
* Applying patches and updates
* Hardware and software break-fix support
* Network engineering skills (CCNA or higher certification preferred)
* Basic WiFi and network knowledge, including LAN, WAN, switches, and routers
* Installing and administering MS Office
Requirements:
* Experience in firewall replacement
* Handling desktop and network issues
* Installing and upgrading operating systems
* Applying patches
* Hardware and software break-fix support
* Network engineering skills (CCNA or higher certification preferred)
* Basic WiFi and network knowledge, including LAN, WAN, switches, and routers
* Installing and administering MS Office
* Business English and local language proficiency
Tools to Carry:
* Fully charged laptop with Windows 8 or 10 and admin rights
* Cisco console cable (DB9 Rj45 or USB Rj45); ensure proper driver installation if using USB adapters
* Software: Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP server
* Screwdriver set
* Internet data card
