Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of assigned ICT projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives.Supervise and mentor project staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.Review and develop several essential project and program-level artefacts.Coordinate multiple projects to contribute to the overarching goals of the transformation program.Develop and maintain resource plans while reviewing and managing project management documentation effectively.Monitor and assess project health focusing on scope, governance, risks, and issues to inform decision-making.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Experience working in a government or public sector environment is highly desirable.Tertiary level qualifications and/or certification in Project Management and Program Management are mandatory. These include one or more of: Diploma of Project Management, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, Agile Project Management (AgilePM) Practitioner, Management of Successful Programmes (MSP) Foundation.
