Key Responsibilities
* Premium Customer Service & Support - Greet customers warmly and provide high-quality service throughout the rental check-in and out process.
* Vehicle Handover & Product Knowledge - Escort customers to their vehicle and conduct a pre-rental inspection.
* Check In / Out Process Management - Complete rental agreements with accuracy and capture pre- and post-rental photos in line with documentation requirements.
* Communication & Coordination - Liaise with operations, detailing, and fleet teams to ensure vehicles are prepared on schedule.
* Reservation & Fleet Support - Assist customers with making bookings, extensions, and amendments.
* Asset Management - Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for.
