About the Role:
 * Provide bookkeeping and payroll services to a range of clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
 * Reconcile and settle superannuation obligations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
 * Bank transaction reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
 * Prepare and review monthly BAS/IAS and quarterly BAS statements, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
 * Offer general assistance to our accountants, supporting their workload and promoting team efficiency.
 * Develop and implement processes to enhance bookkeeping efficiency and productivity.
 * Maintain excellent relationships with clients, acting as a dedicated account manager and point of contact.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
 * Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or relevant qualifications.
 * Showcase proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero & MYOB, with experience in using these tools for data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.
 * Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
 * Showcase your ability to make practical decisions under pressure, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
 * Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
 * A minimum of 5 years' experience in bookkeeping, with a proven track record of providing high-quality services.
 * Able to pass a functional pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen, and hold a current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
 * Be health, safety, and environmentally conscious, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
