Job Title: Events Management Expert
Overview
As an Events Management Expert, you will be responsible for coordinating conferences and group bookings from start to finish. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless execution and excellent guest experience.
You will oversee every aspect of events, including preparation of key documentation, creation of compelling proposals, and coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Event Planning
o Develop and implement event strategies, managing all aspects of planning and logistics.
o Prepare detailed schedules, timelines, and itineraries for successful event delivery.
* Client Communication
o Maintain regular communication with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
o Collaborate with clients to develop customized event solutions that meet their objectives.
* Team Collaboration
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure cohesive event execution.
o Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver exceptional results.
* Post-Event Review

Requirements
* Education and Experience
o Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
o Minimum 2 years of experience in events management or a related field.
