Job DescriptionPosition: Administration Support for Injury Management TeamKey Responsibilities:Deliver administrative support to the Injury Management specialist and related stakeholders.Support the Injury Management team and Head of Workers Compensation to enhance the workers compensation program.Work Arrangement: Full-time, with flexible hours and occasional site travel.Candidate Requirements:Ability to multitask effectively.Excellent computer skills with high speed and accuracy.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Flexibility and adaptability to workplace changes.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.About You:You thrive in fast-paced environments, pay close attention to detail, and advocate for best practices. You are organized, efficient, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative/support roles, with exposure to workers compensation or insurance preferred.Qualifications for Success:Return to Work Coordinator training relevant to your state or territory.Valid driver’s license.Experience in healthcare.Certificate in Administration.Certificate IV or higher in Personal Injury Management.Why Join Healthscope?Join our Community of Care, where our people are central to everything we do.
