Your New Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Consultant to play a key role in delivering a major digital health transformation for Defence. As part of the Leidos team, you will lead and embed change management capability to ensure clinicians and the broader health workforce are prepared, supported and confident in adopting a new enterprise Health Knowledge Management System.

In this role, you will translate OCM strategy into practical, on‑the‑ground change and engagement activities, working closely with clinical stakeholders and project teams across a complex, high‑profile environment. With a strong focus on people, process and technology impacts, you will help drive readiness, manage adoption risks and support successful transition to future ways of working.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at scale, supporting improved access to timely, accurate health information while exercising your expertise in stakeholder engagement, change, and large‑scale transformation within government and digital health contexts.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver organisational change management activities to support a major digital health transformation for Defence.
* Assess and manage change impacts across people, process, technology and systems, with a strong clinical focus.
* Develop and execute change, engagement and communication activities aligned to the JP2060 OCM Strategy.
* Translate OCM strategy into practical, site‑ and stakeholder‑specific change activities.
* Support business readiness, adoption and transition through targeted stakeholder engagement and clinical networks.
* Identify, monitor and manage adoption risks and issues, escalating insights and recommendations as required.
* Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and provide advice on people‑related and clinical change risks.
About You and What You'll Bring
* Formal qualifications in Change Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
* Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change management on complex programs or initiatives.
* Proven experience supporting business and/or clinical change, including engagement and communication activities in digital or technology‑enabled environments.
* Experience working within complex stakeholder environments, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong professional capability in written, verbal and interpersonal communication, suitable for engaging senior, operational and clinical stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively as part of a collaborative team, with a positive and adaptable approach to delivery.

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline security clearance.
