Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Receptionist to join our growing team on a part-time (0.9EFT) ongoing basis.
The Receptionist is to deliver high-quality, client-focused administrative support in the Consulting Suites. Working in a busy reception environment, this role supports visiting medical specialists and their patients by coordinating appointments, managing enquiries, and ensuing a welcoming, efficient and confidential service. The Receptionist role plays a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of specialist consulting services.

The role of the Receptionist is to:
* Provide a professional and welcoming reception service for patients, carers and visitors.
* Accurately schedule and coordinate patient appointments, including Telehealth consultations.
* Manage telephone enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to visiting medical specialists as required.
* Process Medicare, cash and card payments accurately while maintaining strict confidentially information.
* Maintain an organised, clean and efficient reception and office environment in line with organisational standards.
About you Ideal candidates for this role will have:
* Demonstrated experience working in a busy administrative or reception environment.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional and respectful approach.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Clear verbal and written communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office programs.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Reliable, flexible and committed to maintaining confidentiality and service quality.
