Office Manager

Location: Burleigh Heads, QLD / Flexible (Office or Work From Home)
Salary: $90,000 + Superannuation
Employment Type: Full-time

Commence: immediate start ideal

We are seeking a highly capable Office Manager to join our fun, dynamic team, where no two days are the same. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a small team environment but also enjoys working autonomously. We are seeking somebody for the role who is adaptable and confident in their abilities.

We specialise in equine properties, though our portfolio is not limited to this. Our operations span multiple Australian states and New Zealand, offering an exciting opportunity to work across diverse markets and property types.

About the Role

This role is central to the smooth operation of the business. You will manage office operations, support property management functions, and provide high-level administrative, financial, and client support. You will be trusted to think critically and solving any problems proactively will be applauded.

Key Responsibilities

* Day-to-day office management and administration tasks
* Accounts, end of month and payroll processing
* Client liaison and relationship management
* Contract administration and compliance support
* CRM management (VaultRE)
* Support and coordination of property management activities
* Problem-solving, process improvement, and workflow optimisation
* Liaising with buyers and sellers including legal teams
* Occasional travel as required

About You

You are organised, adaptable, and confident working autonomously. You enjoy responsibility, using initiative, and contributing to a collaborative, dynamic and enjoyable team culture. Office Management experience is not completely necessary, more so possessing strength in the skills required for the role will be considered.

Essential Requirements:

* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* High level of initiative and self-motivation
* Ability to manage competing priorities independently
* Multi-tasking and triaging

Highly Regarded:

* Experience working across multiple Australian states
* Knowledge of or experience in property management
* Experience with VaultRE
* Background or familiarity with the thoroughbred / equine industry
