Are you a skilled Boilermaker ready to make an impact? At Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving operations. In this role, you'll tackle both planned and breakdown maintenance, support apprentices and team members, document processes, and help drive continuous improvement. This is a hands‐on role where safety, teamwork, and quality are always the top priority — with opportunities to learn, grow, and build your career. This is a permanent full‐time position based at our Proserpine Mill, follows a year‐round day‐work roster and may require some weekend work and overtime.

Your Role in Action
* Keep Us Moving: Deliver safe, timely maintenance and capital works while supporting asset assessment, budgeting, and cost control.
* Leading on the Job: Provide leadership, on‐the‐job training, performance guidance, and ongoing feedback to apprentices and trainees.
* Hands‐On Maintenance: Support preventative and breakdown maintenance through fault‐finding, repairs, equipment installation, and team assistance.
* Clear & Compliant: Complete work orders, permits, reports, and contribute to the development and review of operational procedures.
* Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively to conduct inspections, identify improvements, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.
Your Winning Combination
We're looking for someone with a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade and a manual driver's licence. Tickets such as Dogger, Basic Rigger, Pressure welding and/or TIG experience, EWP, and Forklift are a strong advantage. Don't have all of these yet?
