About the Role
The Senior Manager, Integrated Community Wellbeing utilises their clinical knowledge and experience to influence the shaping of current and innovative services to ensure they are person centred and recovery focused. This role will oversee commissioning relating to the suicide prevention portfolio across the footprint, whilst also providing subject matter expertise that will contribute to a variety of other projects and commissioned service contracts across mental health, psychosocial support, community grants programs and alcohol and other drug treatment services.
About You
* ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders, including managing and negotiating with contractual partners
* leverage your expertise in suicide prevention, mental health, wellbeing and/or alcohol and other drug service sector to plan, codesign and implement innovative evidence-based services tailored to meet community needs
* demonstrated systems thinking and comprehensive understanding of the complexity of the health landscape
* project management experience including monitoring and evaluation, analysing data to track progress and inform improvements
* expertise in clinical and non-clinical subject matter to support implementation of broader policy reform of mental health, suicide prevention, alcohol and other drug support and care across our community.
* tertiary qualified in relevant areas and/or has extensive management experience of 8+ years.
