Role & Responsibilities
* Customer Management
* Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
* Manage, update and maintain client & Sub-contractor information in the company database.
* Participate in continued education to learn about new products and improve sales techniques.
* Execute and manage your Account Uprate and Price Review Mechanism Process.
* Account Payment & Debt management
* Identify and establish new accounts through proactive outreach and relationship building.
* Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and tenders.
* Participate in building the Key Account pipeline
* Market Analysis
* Provide Monthly waste data reports for your accounts by conducting a data analysis. Report to customers any trends or issues found and provide recommendations and solutions.
* Work with the Accounts Management Support to set up monthly data and NABERS reports.
What Makes You a GOgetter
* Understanding of waste management practices and recycling procedures
* Familiarity with commercial sales processes and customer service excellence
* Relevant sales or Key Account Management experience, preferably in the waste or recycling industry
* Proven track record of managing on the ground customer relationships and driving sales growth
* Proven record in execution of operational requirements for new business.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management
* Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Ability to adapt to changing environments and challenges
* Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
