Across our 40-year history, we have been importing premium natural stone, high quality tools and equipment, and cutting-edge stone processing machinery. Providing total support to the stone industry, we have a team of technicians who install, maintain and repair this sophisticated machinery.
With a national presence and head office in Moorabbin, we are now looking for our next Scheduling Coordinator to join the team.

**About the Role**
The goal for this position within the service department is to ensure the coordination of the end to end delivery of service requests from highly valued customers and remain the first point of contact.
You will add significant value by:
- Being the first point of contact for customers, promptly supporting them throughout their service request
- Investigating and understanding what possible issues are occurring with the machinery
- Accurately assess customer needs and log them into the CRM system
- Liaising with technicians and ensure they are fully supported and properly equipped for each sight visit
- Providing ongoing service updates to customers throughout the entire request
- Enjoying the satisfaction of solving the customers problem
