Category Specialist - Drive Retail Excellence in WA
Are you a procurement or retail specialist looking to make an impact? Join a dynamic team leading strategic retail initiatives across mining, healthcare, and remote services.
About the Role:
* Work closely with Procurement and Senior Retail Management to enhance operations.
* Support retail strategies across food & beverage, vending, and small-store services.
* Drive customer engagement through promotions, events, and service excellence.
* Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and vendors for seamless execution.
* Analyse KPIs, sales data, and consumer behaviour to optimize performance.
What You Bring:
* Experience in FMCG procurement, retail operations, customer service, or hospitality.
* Strong understanding of retail trends and consumer engagement strategies.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or Hospitality (preferred but not essential).
* Passion for service excellence, hygiene, and safety.
