Overview Bellstaff responsibilities will include assisting guests with luggage, packages, and special requests. Transport guests in hotel shuttle in a timely and safe manner where applicable. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate guest service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; inform guests about hotel facility locations and hours of operations; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Qualifications Less than three moving violations in the three previous years. No DUI convictions.Must have current driver's license.Read, write and speak English fluently.Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.Familiar with local area and attractions.Experience in operating a twelve-passenger van or stretch limousine preferred.60 days Guest Services/Bell experience preferred.Valid CDL license where applicable.No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
