About our opportunity
Commencing in February 2027 our Agronomy stream will provide you with the skills and training you need to be a future leader or technical expert within agronomy. Our graduates grow their careers here through unique opportunities across every corner of Australia.
Our 24‐month program will see you join a cohort of other ambitious graduates and involve you in four leadership and skill‐building workshops, on‐the‐ground training, and mentorship. The Graduate Program is based on a robust learning model and will see you adding value as a full‐time employee from day one, doing real work and delivering real results.
What our Program offers

* Professional networking opportunities: the program provides you with the opportunity to socialize and travel interstate, and you will be exposed to four skill‐building workshops across the two years.

What you'll need to be successful
* You must have graduated prior to the commencement of the 2027 program, or no longer than 3 years ago, with a minimum of a Diploma in Agriculture, Ag Science, or a relevant field.
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for agriculture.
* Demonstrate customer service, problem solving, and leadership capabilities.
* Have permanent ongoing working rights within Australia.
