Junior Voice Engineer – Macquarie Group
Join our Global Voice Services team which supports enterprise-wide unified communications infrastructure. As a well-organized and motivated individual with a passion for first-class support, you will manage the day-to-day operations of voice platforms, monitor dashboards for active alerting, and coordinate on-call support across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Oversee operations of communication, voice, and voice recording platforms.
• Monitor system dashboards for alerts and prioritize events to ensure service excellence.
• Respond to voice-related outages on a 24/7 on-call basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Networking, Computer Science, Engineering, or Cyber Security.
Experience working as a network or voice engineer in a large enterprise environment.
Exposure to cloud voice applications, contact-centre/call-centre routing, and voice recording systems such as Verint v15, VFC, NICE, or Dubber.
Strong communication skills and willingness to be on-call for voice outages.
Knowledge of cloud-based UC and cloud-calling functionality.
Experience in banking or energy trading environments is highly regarded.
