We are seeking a teacher who demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs, can build trusting relationships with students and families, and brings a flexible, adaptable approach to teaching. * Special Education - Prep - Year 12 (temporary, commencing 21 April 2026 until 11 December 2026)
Essential/Desirable Requirements
* Experience working with students with disability or diverse learning needs
* The ability to develop and differentiate learning to achieve Individualised Curriculum Plan's (ICP's)
* The ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (teacher aides, therapists, families)
* Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
* Knowledge of Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) strategies
* Experience supporting students with sensory needs
* Previous experience in a special education or inclusive learning environment
