The Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and mentoring the Training and Engineering team, as well as managing the operations of the company such as reporting and paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
5+ years' experience as an operations manager.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and build relationships with external clients.
Mentor the team of trainers and conduct weekly/monthly check-ins to ensure smooth work function.
Identify and mitigate risks in a timely manner.
About You
A manager who can lead and mentor a team of engineers, oversee day-to-day work, and maintain full stakeholder engagement. You will ensure students, staff, and clients receive great service, operations run smoothly, and nothing gets missed.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years as an operations manager or running an RTO.
Knowledge of the Hazardous Electrical Engineering sector.
Hold a Cert IV in Training Assessment (or equivalent).
Able to work with a diverse team and collaborate on work tasks.
