Day-to-Day Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Day-to-Day Operations Manager to join our team at the Berri Estates Packaging Facility.
The packaging team works on wines of outstanding quality and value across the portfolio, including still and sparkling wines.
The role requires strong technical capability, sound judgment, and the ability to manage day-to-day packaging operations in coordination with planning, quality, and laboratory teams, ensuring consistency, compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day packaging operations, coordinating with various teams.
* Evaluate and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
* Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
* Analyze production data to optimize workflows and minimize waste.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in managing day-to-day operations in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
