Service Advisor Role in a Fast-Paced Environment
CJD’s Launceston Branch is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. This role involves supporting the service department by processing manufacturer's warranty claims, arranging bookings, and managing service contracts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will also possess attention to detail and multitasking ability, as well as a valid driver's license and professional personal presentation.
As a Service Advisor, you will work closely with the State Service Manager to develop your skills within a professional service environment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing workshop labor and costs into a CRM system
* Arranging and coordinating customer bookings and service invoices
* Maintaining contracts and daily work schedules
* Assisting with parts ordering for service jobs
* Ensuring all documents and records are completed and processed promptly
* Adhering to all HSE procedures
What we require for success:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry or similar
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Attention to detail and multitasking ability
* A team player willing to contribute and get the job done
* A valid driver's license
* Professional personal presentation
