About the role
Working as a member of the Human Resources team, you will undertake a range of administration tasks. This will include filing and file maintenance, issuing staff identification cards, data entry into the HR system, purchasing, and booking staff training. In addition, you will assist with recruitment activities, including providing information to prospective candidates as well as undertaking staff inductions.
About you
The ideal candidate will have good administration and time management skills. You will be people, outcome and team oriented and will display a positive approach to your work. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships is essential.

This selection process may be used to fill other similar Legal Aid WA vacancies, in addition to this vacancy, for up to twelve (12) months from the completion date of the selection process. The panel may also search for further candidates beyond the closing date.
Appointment to all positions at Legal Aid WA is subject to a satisfactory national criminal history check, integrity and conflict checks, and 100-point identification check.
