As we continue to expand, we are on the hunt for a Senior Estimator to join our team working out of our Brooklyn office.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and guide the team with pre contracts and business development activities;Work with the team to fine tune our processes and help develop a strong work winning ethic;Help develop strong connections between precontracts and delivery;Review tender documentation and information;Interpret specification and standards and assess their impact on project costs;Quantification and costing of construction work;Quantity take-off and preparing bills of quantities;Prepare estimates, quantities, prices, costing for projects;Interface with project managers and engineers to best manage risks and opportunities;Understand and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
