We have an prospect for a **Reservations Consultant **to join the team to support all Pacific Hunter Group venues with guest enquiries.
Reporting into the Head of Reservations & Revenue, and based in Head Office (The Rocks), this role will be instrumental in the pre-arrival aspect of the guest journey.
**About the Role**
The Reservations Team are the first point of contact for our guests and focuses on working with the operations team to create a memorable dining experience for our guests.
The operating hours for the team is 9.00am-9.00pm Monday 
- Sunday, with a rotating roster. There are casual and full time positions available.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Updating guest information and assisting with any booking amendments in Seven Rooms 
- Creating Event Orders for group bookings, liaising with the operations team 
- Being passionate about our products and seeking up-selling opportunities 
- Using Outlook, Seven Rooms and Excel Programs
**What we are looking for** 
- Previous experience in a reservations or communications role is preferred 
- A customer service expert that can deliver exceptional service over the phone 
- Excellent communication and administration skills 
- The professionalism and confidence to resolve or escalate guest complaints 
- Previous experience using a restaurant or hotel booking system required
