* Deliver high-quality group Reformer Pilates classes that cater to the needs of diverse members.
* Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere in the studio.
* Develop strong relationships with members and provide exceptional customer service.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio space.
* Contribute to the development of engaging class content and testimonials for social media promotion.
Requirements
* Reformer Certification is mandatory.
* Valid First Aid and CPR Certification is required.
* Passion for teaching and educating others is essential.
* A proactive attitude, ability to break down exercises, and offer progressions and regressions is necessary.
* Ability to instruct safely and create a challenging yet enjoyable environment is crucial.
