Join a leading Australian property and construction group on a high-profile 46-storey apartment tower in Docklands.
We are seeking an experienced Contract Foreman to manage Services and Shellworks across multiple levels on this landmark project. The structure is currently up to Level 11, with façade installation underway at Level 3. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll be responsible for coordinating trades across 8-10 floors at a time within a tight tower footprint.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate services and shellworks trades across multiple levels
* Drive sequencing of works to ensure program milestones are met
* Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations, site safety, and company standards
* Liaise with Project Manager, Site Manager, and other supervisors to maintain workflow
* Monitor quality and productivity, troubleshooting issues as they arise
* Push trades to deliver safely, on time, and to specification
About You
* Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor on high-rise or complex commercial projects
* Strong knowledge of services and shellworks sequencing
* Ability to manage multiple trades across a vertical build efficiently
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
* Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability
* Experience in high-rise towers or multi-storey projects highly regarded
