Key Responsibilities
This role involves leading and managing a team of retail professionals, creating rosters and schedules to meet business needs. You will be responsible for generating orders, completing stock takes, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have significant grocery and fresh food retail knowledge, experience in leading and managing team members, and excellent communication skills. They will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, maintain high standards of safety and hygiene, and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
