Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist to step into a multi-disciplinary Team Leader position.
You'll have the opportunity to share your expertise, mentor emerging professionals and contribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community + clinic.

On a Daily Basis You Will
Provide operational support for each disciplineProvide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to cliniciansRun monthly peer group supervision sessionsIndependently assess complex participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function for caseload allocationUse clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.Mentor graduates and early career cliniciansDeliver much needed therapy services to participants within schools, clinic, homes and communityMaintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
