Job Role Summary
The Workplace Ambassador plays a pivotal role in creating a positive work environment, enhancing collaboration and empowering colleagues. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide premium customer service and act as an office expert
* Support the Community Manager in stakeholder interactions
* Manage contractors, assist in procurement, and build strong vendor relationships
* Process invoices, monitor expenses, and identify financial opportunities and discrepancies
* Handle reactive maintenance, proactively address facilities issues, and maintain high office standards
* Conduct safety audits, participate in emergency procedures, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
* Raise and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
* Analyze problems, implement long-term solutions, and achieve key performance indicators
This role requires extensive experience in property/facilities management, hospitality, hotel management or luxury corporate concierge, with strong administrative, communication and problem-solving skills.
