Job Overview:
As a Quarry Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of our quarry operations, including production, health & safety, logistics and financial responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Management: Lead and manage people to achieve goals, making strategic decisions impacting performance.
* Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including quarry development, storm water and environmental management, and preventative maintenance schedules.
* Financial Acumen: Ensure effective budgeting and cost management practices are implemented and maintained.
* Collaboration: Foster collaboration among teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
