Responsibilities include:
* Performing general office tasks and ensuring efficient administrative functions.
* Managing electronic AP invoice processing.
* Tracking monthly claims and invoices.
* Supporting employees with digital tools.
* Assisting project managers with project and administrative tasks.
* Maintaining internal records, registers, and KPI data.
* Coordinating fuel orders and providing ongoing support to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of solid administration experience, preferably within the construction or similar industry.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Excel for BOQs, budget calculations, and software imports.
* Familiarity with cloud-based systems such as Workbench, Office365, or Hubdoc is highly desirable.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
* An effective communicator who can support both field and office staff.
