Disability Support Worker - Hobart Region
Salary: $34.58 - $37.73 per hour + super + salary packaging
Location: Hobart, Tasmania (and surrounding suburbs)

Able Australia has recently merged with Mosaic Support Services, making us the largest provider of Disability Support Services in Tasmania We are seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to our clients.
As a casual worker, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple sites, supporting clients in their homes and communities to develop skills, independence, and friendships. Your role involves encouraging clients to participate in activities aligned with their hobbies, interests, and goals within their NDIS plans.
This role is highly rewarding as you contribute significantly to clients' journeys towards 'Better Days, Every Day'.
Skills and experience required:
* Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including sleepovers.
* Experience supporting others, such as in Disability, Aged Care, Community, or Allied Health sectors.
* Intermediate computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, documentation in client management tools like Carelink+).
* Right to work in Australia.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to obtain it.
* Valid First Aid & CPR certifications.
Highly regarded qualifications:
* Relevant qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Allied Health, Mental Health, or working towards it.
* Auslan skills or willingness to learn.
* Flexibility to work across multiple locations and environments with diverse clients.
