Due to our continuing growth, we have an exciting new requirement for a Marketing Coordinator. This company is based at Bundall on the Gold Coast but markets nationally. Reporting to the Director & General Manager the purpose of this role is to raise the profile and corporate image of our company.
This position is perfect for a highly organized individual with great communication skills and who enjoys working in a fast paced dynamic atmosphere.
As the Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:
- Direct and coordinate company marketing functions
- Lead generation through marketing
- Develop, maintain and coordinate marketing funnel
- Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities
- Monitor marketing methods and results for effectiveness
- Identify, establish and implement short and long term goals and objectives
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
To be successful you must be have / able to:

- 2+ years experience as copy writer
- Must be creative with a high end flair
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Turnover large amount of copy quickly and efficiently
- Self motivated, enthusiastic and creative mind
- Highly organised
- An Intuitive approach to problem solving
- Highly conceptual thought process
- Task and process orientated
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office - Required
- Experienced in in person and Digital Events (via zoom and Youtube) - Required
- Marketing software (Monday CRM, Ontraport, Message Media, Facebook Business and Google Ads) - Required
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools - Required
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (Wordpress/ Elementor/ WP Bakery) - Desired
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
Your copy writing skills combined with your sound knowledge of the property market would be beneficial for the creative process.
We are seeking a Copy Writer who can really shape the message and synergies strategically within the market sector.
**Salary**: $53,113.37 - $85,573.09 per year
Supplemental pay types:
