What You will be doing
* Developing key systems, such as on-site admin systems, web sites, integrations & automation systems
* Enhancing & improving existing applications
* Testing, deploying & optimising programs & systems
* Debugging & solving technical issues quickly and efficiently
* Working closely with project owners & internal stakeholders to understand goals & requirements
* Maintaining documentation, coding standards & version control
* Collaborating with IT, operations, marketing, finance & external vendors
* Supporting system modernisation, automation & continuous improvement
* Contributing to an inclusive, positive team culture
What You will bring
Essential skills:
* Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript & modern frameworks (React, Next.js or similar)
* Experience building & consuming REST APIs
* Comfortable working in AWS and/or Azure
* Strong Git & collaborative development workflows
* SQL and/or NoSQL database experience
* Familiarity with Linux & command-line tools
* CI/CD exposure (highly regarded)
* Ability to work independently while still being a great team collaborator
* Organised, detail-focused & committed to clean, maintainable code
Desirable skills:
* Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent hands‐on experience
* Experience with Docker, Terraform, or AWS CDK
* Previous experience in a similar web/software development role
