Job Title: Estimator/Supervisor

Key Attributes:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience in insurance repairs, commercial maintenance and general building highly regarded
* Knowledge of various building methodologies
* Good IT skills
Responsibilities:
* Onsite scoping and estimating of works
* Day-to-day management of awarded works
* Focus on completing all works safely
Requirements:
* High level attention to detail
* Excellent organisational, time-management and communication skills
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and suppliers
* Develop and maintain high level health and safety standards
This position comes with a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, iPad and laptop. Salary package is negotiable depending on experience.
