What Does A Supervisor Do
Opening and closing the store
Supervising employees including juniors
Opening and/or closing store
Handling customer complaints and concerns
Running a drive-thru service
Cash handling and register operation
Cleaning and maintaining the store
Leading & motivating the team during shifts
Ensuring top-quality food & service standards
Training & developing team members
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
Previous supervisor or shift leader experience in hospitality or fast food
Positive, hands-on leadership style
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Availability for weekends & evenings
Passion for great food & great service
Strong and demonstrated supervisor experience
Leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team
Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers
RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
