What Does A Supervisor Do
* Opening and closing the store
* Supervising employees including juniors
* Opening and/or closing store
* Handling customer complaints and concerns
* Running a drive-thru service
* Cash handling and register operation
* Cleaning and maintaining the store
* Leading & motivating the team during shifts
* Ensuring top-quality food & service standards
* Training & developing team members
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
* Previous supervisor or shift leader experience in hospitality or fast food
* Positive, hands‐on leadership style
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
* Availability for weekends & evenings
* Passion for great food & great service
* Strong and demonstrated supervisor experience
* Leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team
* Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
* Working rights – passport and visa granted for international workers
* RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
