About the Role
Working at Bridgestone Australia, you will be delivering our world renowned, superior quality of performance and service to our customers whilst maintaining the highest standard of workplace health & safety.
We're seeking experienced Tyre Fitters and also welcome motivated people with no experience, as full training is provided.
Your responsibilities may include:
Experienced Tyre Fitters
* Fitting tyres across truck, trailer, bus and passenger vehicles
* Conducting tyre repairs, rotations and maintenance
* Diagnosing faults and identifying tyre issues
* Visiting commercial customer sites for fitting and service work
* Providing roadside assistance
Inexperienced Applicants:
You will receive full training to learn:
* How to safely fit and balance tyres
* Basic tyre maintenance and workshop tasks
* Use of tools, equipment and diagnostic processes
* How to identify tyre faults
* Safe work practices and industry standards
* How to progress into commercial tyre work or roadside service
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and follow safe work practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to providing great customer service
* A current driver's licence (or ability to obtain in the near future)
* Current right to work in Australia
* No tyre fitting experience is required — we value your attitude, reliability, and desire to learn
