The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administration Officer to join our team in Mount Isa. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage invoicing and purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
* Prepare reports, including end-of-month summaries and debtor reports
* Handle payroll responsibilities and maintain confidential records
* Perform reception duties such as greeting visitors, supporting initial recruitment processes, and answering incoming calls
* Carry out general office administration duties to support daily operations


About You

To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, committed, and driven to deliver results. You will be someone who takes pride in helping others succeed and contributes positively to the team.

* Have administration experience
* Hold accounting experience (highly desirable)
* Understand payroll processes and expense management
* Possess good computer literacy, with strong Excel skills
