About Our Client:
My client is a leading consumer goods company dedicated to providing high-quality products to our customers. You will be apart of a supportive team allowing flexibility while prioritising training and development.
Process end-to-end payroll for all employees, including data entry, calculations, and deductions.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employee changes.
Manage and maintain employee payroll records, including leave balances, benefits, and deductions.
Reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Stay updated on relevant payroll legislation, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Prepare and submit payroll tax, superannuation, and other statutory payments and reports.
Collaborate with HR to ensure employee data integrity and provide payroll-related support.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Generate and distribute pay slips, summaries, and other payroll-related documents.
Prepare payroll reports for management and financial analysis purposes.
The Successful Applicant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is ideal
Proven experience as a Payroll Officer
Solid knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
Experience using payroll software & Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
