Base salary:
$68,340 + Super + Bonuses + Shift loading
Full time Permanent role - Rotating roster
Monday-Friday: 6am-*****pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8am-6pm

What you'll do
Engage
daily with ***** members over the phone
to understand their needs, assisting them with any queries, changes or support they may need in relation to a range of RAC products and services.
Offer tailored solutions
that make their lives easier.
Develop your knowledge of RAC products and Services
through a full-time training and upskilling program, allowing you to support a larger range of members.
Confidently
navigate multiple technology systems
while simultaneously providing support and having engaging conversations with members.

What we're looking for
A natural communicator with a positive attitude.
Goal-driven and excited by the idea of earning commission.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, contact centre environment.
Previous sales experience is great, but not essential – we'll train you
