Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize kitchen efficiency.
* Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to the cooking staff and provide guidance on preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
* Create new recipes and instruct cooks on preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food for events such as banquets.
* Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
* Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for guests and special functions.
