We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a growing team focused on recycling materials. This position involves working with complex machinery across multiple stations to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The role will be a permanent position on day shift - 7am-3.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery involved in recycling processes
- Load and unload parts onto the machine.
- Manage and oversee multiple production stations to ensure optimal workflow.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and delays.
- Maintain accurate records and logs related to machine performance and production.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably with complex machinery.
- Experience working with multiple stations or production lines.
- Chemical handling or processing experience is highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and industrial best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
