ANZ Partner Director, Consulting & SI Partners Join to apply for the ANZ Partner Director, Consulting & SI Partners role at Databricks Role Overview The Partner Director of ANZ Consulting & Systems Integrator (SI) Partners will build an ecosystem of partners in ANZ to help Databricks rapidly achieve significant scale and deliver success for customers transforming their businesses using Data and AI.
Key Responsibilities Define strategy and plans in collaboration with ANZ sales and business development leaders.
Develop a compelling partner value proposition and prioritization for mutually beneficial relationships.
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with impactful ANZ-based partners, including Global and Regional SI partners.
Enable partners for joint sales and presales activities, including training programs and engagement models.
Execute campaigns to build, mature, and close opportunities using 'sell with' motions.
Establish Databricks as the data platform for Data and AI solutions, creating 'sell to' and 'sell through' opportunities.
Collaborate with various teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales, legal, finance) to evaluate and pursue partnership opportunities.
Work with Cloud and Software partners (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to align offerings and GTM efforts.
Understand the competitive landscape and build partnerships that enhance Databricks' offerings.
Impact and Outcomes Drive sales consumption and bookings exceeding targets.
Develop a 3-year partner ecosystem strategy with success metrics related to revenue, customer adoption, and growth.
Participate in and scale a robust ANZ partner ecosystem to enable rapid regional growth and create meaningful business for partners.
Minimum Requirements 10+ years in business development at a top technology or market-leading company.
Experience working with GSI and RSI partners in a high-growth tech environment, preferably in big data and AI.
Strong ability to build and leverage trusted relationships with ANZ-based Consulting & SI partners.
Excellent articulation of platform value to persuade partners and account teams.
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working with minimal guidance.
Influencing skills and ability to build consensus across functions.
Results-oriented, organized, creative, and critical thinker.
