Cryomed is a growing consumables and cosmetic products business, supplying injectables, laser devices and clinic essentials to cosmetic clinics across Australia. Due to a newly acquired distribution agreement, we are entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator with experience supporting clinics, practice managers or businesses within the beauty, cosmetic or laser industry.

This role is highly customer-focused and phone-based, supporting a mix of laser clinics, franchises and independent practices with order processing, invoicing, EFT payment confirmation and coordination with warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of stock.

Working within Cin7 and a predominantly Outlook-driven environment, you will be comfortable managing high volumes of enquiries, retail-style repetitive orders and bulk purchases, while building trusted relationships with clinics and internal teams including marketing & distribution.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Alexandria, offering standard business hours (8:30am–4:30pm or 9am–5pm) and the opportunity to grow with an expanding, well-established brand.

* Connecting with customers and sales—handling calls, emails, and all sorts of order requests with confidence.
* Keeping our systems up to date (don't worry, we'll guide you through it).
* Following up on deliveries and ensuring customers are always kept in the loop.
* Collaborating with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to keep everything running smoothly.
* Spotting any issues and promptly letting the right people know.
