We are looking for an experienced individual or duo to manage our award-winning 54-room motel located in Central Gippsland, complete with a conference centre and breakfast room (no cooking required). Onsite accommodation is available but not required, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
As a manager (or management couple), you will play a key role in driving our motel's continued success. From delivering exceptional guest experiences to overseeing day-to-day operations, your skills and leadership will help take our establishment to the next level
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and oversee all aspects of motel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
* Passion for Customer Service. Dedicated to meeting guest expectations and understanding the importance of guest reviews.
* Manage bookings, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to inspire your team to deliver exceptional service.
* Marketing. Knowledge and experience in marketing to enhance direct booking strategies.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the property.
