We are looking for an experienced individual or duo to manage our award-winning 54-room motel located in Central Gippsland, complete with a conference centre and breakfast room (no cooking required). As a manager (or management couple), you will play a key role in driving our motel's continued success. From delivering exceptional guest experiences to overseeing day-to-day operations, your skills and leadership will help take our establishment to the next level
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of motel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
Passion for Customer Service. Dedicated to meeting guest expectations and understanding the importance of guest reviews.
Manage bookings, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to inspire your team to deliver exceptional service.
Marketing. Knowledge and experience in marketing to enhance direct booking strategies.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the property.
